Pam Ranch is the Team Leader for the #1 office in the NWMLS for closed units as of April 2019. Coaching agents to truly understand the power of mindset and giving them the tools to run a sustainable and profitable business is her passion.

Pam began her career in real estate in 1995 and earned Rookie of the Year. Since then, she has continued to inspire others. She joined Keller Williams as an associate in 2004 and became a co-owner of the KW Puget Sound office in Federal Way the following year. Pam is CEO & Team Leader of the KWPS office, as well as the Operating Principal for KW Mountains to Sound in Kent. Under her vision and leadership the KWPS office has grown to over 345 agents.

Pam is a firm believer that “your business grows to the extent you do.” As a certified DISC Trainer, Stephen Covey trained coach, John Maxwell coach, and MAPS coach; she too continues to grow as she helps agents reach the next level.
